How To Lock Your Microsoft Word Document Files

On several occasions, some categories of people especially bloggers are lazy and because of that, they choose to copy other bloggers articles instead and perhaps make some necessary changes to it in order for it not to look the same. Now when they must have edited this article, they claim to be the original writer of the article whereas the articles were copied and edited.

Now having known this, I have finally brought an end to that especially when it has to do with documents and PDF extensions which are mostly used by freelancers and genuine bloggers on Microsoft word. Now, for you to disable changes to your articles you need to read further to the tutorial in full details. The essence for this is to disable bloggers, freelancers, and individuals from making changes or writing and article you originally wrote. This means that nobody can make changes to your articles.

Here's how >>>

Step 1 >>> Open your Microsoft word document and type your article

Step 2 >>> After you're done with your typing, click on the "review" tab

Review document

Step 3 >>> Click on "Restrict editing"
Restrict editing

Step 4 >>> Check the box "Limit formatting to a selection of styles"
Limit formatting and editing

Step 4 >>> Below this box, click on "Yes, start Enforcing Protection" as it is seen above.

Step 5 >>> A new box will pop up. Enter your password and confirm it correctly. Then click on "OK"
Enter your password

I believe this tip will help those who are afraid to share their articles with friends. You can now go ahead and share your articles without the fear of editing your researched articles.
