For more than a month now, the domain registrar, domainking.ng has got a very technical issue with their portal that finally led to the shutdown of the portal. It is no more news to bloggers and internet marketers that have one or more accounts with them. I almost lost hope.
Many internet marketers lost a lot of traffic due to this problem especially when they host their blog and websites with this registrar. This is because the site would never load, rather it brings this response whenever you try to browse the site. I was a victim too.
All thanks to garanntor.com that allowed me to move my domain with a soldier account I hosted with domainking.ng a few months ago. I was able to move the domain and the soldier hosting account + 2 email forwarding to Garanntor.
Below is the detailed process I took that made me move my ".com.ng" successfully.
Step 1 >>> Create a free account on Garanntor here
Step 2 >>> After you successfully created the account, send a message (in the format below) to their support.

Things you need to provide:
- Your email that you used to register in the process in "Step 1"
- The domain url that you want to transfer
- The invoice that you were sent by Domainking after you paid for the domain (or the hosting account). If you don't have the copy of the invoice again, you can simply log in to your email account and search for "domainking" on the search bar.
That's all you need to provide. Then, attach the invoice to the email you want to send them (in the format above). This is the sample of the invoice below:
Wait for some moments, while your request is been reviewed and processed. After a successful review, you will be notified through your email and the link that will take you to where you can pay will be provided. The image below shows the sample of the link:
Go ahead and pay the bill securely. Within few minutes, yes few minutes, your domain should start working.
Let me know if you have a difficulty moving your ".com.ng" domain from Domainking.ng
