Step 2 >>> Enter correctly, your card number and your "card pin". Your card number is the 16 digit pin found on the card while the card pin is your security pin that you normally use to withdraw from the ATM. Then See the image below:
NOTE
- If the app tells you "Error verifying card - Invalid Card number", it means you might have made a mistake in entering the card number. So, re enter the number correctly.
- Again, if the app tell you that "Firstmobile won't run unless you update
Google Play services, you may ignore this and click on any area of the
app to get rid of this pop up.

Step 3 >>> After you click on "REGISTER", another window will come up telling you to enter the OTP sent to your mobile. OTP means "One Time Password" and the 5-digit code will be sent to your mobile number you registered your account with.
If you enter the OTP correctly, you should now be taken to a page where you would set your security questions.
You should note the security questions you set for yourself and the answers you provided. You might need this to recover your account if anything goes wrong.
Step 4 >>> You would be asked to set your "mPIN". That is your "mobile pin" you would be using to sign in each time you open the app. So, make sure you're able to know this 5digit pin off hand.
That's all. For FAQs, there's a button you can click on when you open the app to check some frequently asked questions.
If there's anything you want me to explain better, you may let me know through the comment section.
Cheers!
